Frequently asked questions

Useful details, in plain language.

These answers describe the current SHAMPAIN agency offer. Your proposal confirms the scope and terms for your project.

What does SHAMPAIN do?

SHAMPAIN works across Website Development, Existing Website Growth, Advertising & Marketing, AI Automation, Software & Platforms, and Custom Software Development. The right starting point depends on the business goal and the work required.

What is the Growth Opportunity Review?

It is a focused review of one named customer journey across up to three publicly accessible pages, on desktop and mobile. It needs no login or customer-data access. The written output separates observations from interpretation and includes a prioritized action plan. Scope, fee and timing are agreed in writing before work starts. Implementation, analytics setup, legal or security opinions and guaranteed outcomes are outside the review.

How are fees and timing agreed?

There are no public prices. For a Growth Opportunity Review, SHAMPAIN estimates the effort and checks availability before proposing a fixed fee, payment condition and dates in writing. Other project quotes are based on their agreed scope and dependencies. Work begins after written acceptance and any agreed start condition.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads, sales or campaign results?

No. Search visibility, customer decisions and campaign outcomes depend on many factors. SHAMPAIN agrees defined deliverables and checks them against the brief; any measured outcome is reported with its evidence and limits.

Do I need to provide a login or customer data?

The Growth Opportunity Review uses public pages and does not require logins or customer data. Other work may need specific system access or information; requirements and boundaries are agreed for that project, and only the access the work needs should be provided.

Will SHAMPAIN buy tools or start advertising spend?

Third-party tools, recurring charges and advertising media budgets are identified separately. They require your written approval before purchase or activation. Media spend is not part of the SHAMPAIN service fee unless a proposal explicitly states otherwise.

Who approves changes and a production release?

You review and approve important decisions, including scope changes and a live release where deployment is included. Any change to scope is discussed with its effect on fee and timing before it is added. Production work follows the approvals set out in the project agreement.

How do I contact SHAMPAIN?

Use the enquiry form on the SHAMPAIN homepage and choose the service that best fits. A public business phone, email and WhatsApp contact have not been provided for publication.

Is SHAMPAIN Dispatch part of this agency website?

SHAMPAIN is the mothership company; SHAMPAIN Dispatch is a separate product in its portfolio. The Dispatch software, Dispatch domain and Operations Centre remain separate from this agency website.
