Understand
Clarify the outcome, intended users or audience, current situation, constraints and what a useful result needs to do.
Good digital work starts with a shared understanding of the goal. We agree what is included, make decisions and dependencies clear, then check the result against the brief before the next step.
Each engagement is tailored to its goal and agreed in writing. These steps describe the working principles; the proposal sets the actual deliverables, review points, responsibilities, fee and timing for your project.
Clarify the outcome, intended users or audience, current situation, constraints and what a useful result needs to do.
Set out scope, deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, quote basis, payment condition, schedule and approval points before work starts.
Work through the agreed tasks and review points. If a new request changes scope, discuss its effect on fee and timing before adding it.
Review the result against the agreed acceptance criteria and the relevant journeys, devices or behaviours in scope. Record open issues and limits.
Review the final work together. A live release happens only when it is included in the agreement and the required approval is given.
We make the decision points explicit so you can see what needs your input and what has been agreed.
Requests outside the written scope are assessed for impact. You decide whether to add them after any revised fee and timing are set out.
Third-party tools, advertising budgets and recurring charges are identified separately. They need written approval before purchase or activation.
Required systems, information and access are agreed for the project. Sensitive credentials and customer data are handled through agreed channels.
We agree relevant review and acceptance checks in advance. A project-specific check does not imply a legal, security or performance guarantee.
Hosting, release ownership and any rollback arrangements are agreed where deployment is included. No production change is made without approval.
Agreed deliverables, decisions, known limitations and any separately arranged support are recorded at handover.
Tell us what you want to improve or build. We’ll check fit and availability, then set out the scope and commercial terms for you to review.
